FamFlow365 is an AI-powered family management application that reads your calendar and email data to provide daily briefings, conflict detection, action item tracking, and family coordination tools. The Service is designed for working parents and caregivers.
You must sign in with a valid Google or Microsoft account to use FamFlow365. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
By connecting your Google or Microsoft account, you grant FamFlow365 read-only access to your calendar events and email metadata (subject lines and snippets). We will never send emails, create events, or modify your data without your explicit action.
FamFlow365 uses artificial intelligence to generate briefings, suggestions, and recommendations. This content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

FamFlow365 allows you to share calendar and email insights with other family members who join your family group. By enabling sharing, you consent to your connected data being visible to other members of your family group. You can disable sharing at any time.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
FamFlow365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed appointments, forgotten tasks, incorrect AI suggestions, or any other damages arising from use of the Service. You acknowledge that the Service is a tool to assist with family management and is not a substitute for your own judgment and oversight.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
