FamFlow365 accesses the following data from your connected accounts to provide our family management service:
Google Calendar (read-only): We read your calendar events to generate daily briefings, detect scheduling conflicts, and provide weekly planning. We never create, modify, or delete your calendar events.
Gmail (read-only): We scan recent email subject lines and snippets to detect school communications, bills, RSVPs, and action items. We never read full email bodies, send emails on your behalf, or access email attachments.
Microsoft Outlook Calendar (read-only): If connected, we read your Outlook calendar events for the same purposes as Google Calendar. We never modify your Outlook data.
Account information: Your name and email address from your Google or Microsoft account for authentication purposes.
Your data is used exclusively to power FamFlow365's features:
• Generate personalized morning briefings with your schedule and action items
• Detect scheduling conflicts across family members' calendars
• Identify school communications, bills, and RSVPs from your email
• Provide weekly planning overviews and co-parent coordination
• Generate sick day protocols with relevant calendar and school context
FamFlow365 uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze your calendar events and email metadata (subject lines and snippets only). This data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. Anthropic does not use your data to train AI models.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security enabled, ensuring each family can only access their own data. Authentication tokens are stored to maintain your calendar and email connections.
We cache AI-generated briefings and analysis results for up to 6 hours to improve performance and reduce costs. Cached data is automatically deleted when it expires.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with:
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Calendar and email metadata for AI analysis
• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
• Vercel: Application hosting
• Your family members: If you enable sharing in your settings, your calendar events and email insights may be visible to other members of your FamFlow365 family group.
FamFlow365 allows family members to share calendar and email insights with each other. This sharing is opt-in and controlled by individual toggle settings. You can disable sharing at any time from your Settings page.
You can:
• Disconnect your Google or Microsoft accounts at any time from Settings
• Delete your account by contacting us at privacy@famflow365.com
• Control sharing with family members via toggle settings
• Request your data by contacting us at privacy@famflow365.com
FamFlow365 is designed for use by parents and adult caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children's names and school information entered by parents is used solely to provide relevant family management features.
